Note About Using Forms

You have the option to select an official ActiveCampaign form to mimic. That means when people sign up via your upgrade, it will be as if they signed up using that ActiveCampaigin form instead. This is beneficial if you want to use a form submission as a trigger for automations. However, the styling, thank you page and redirect options will not be used from the form settings (so keep that in mind!).

Make sure opt-in confirmation is disabled

Furthermore, if you choose to select a form, you must make sure the opt-in confirmation is disabled¬†for the form. This is because double opt-in is handled by the Easy Content Upgrades plugin. If you have it enabled for the form too, then double opt-in won’t work properly, the user will get two¬†emails asking them to confirm, and they may receive the content upgrade before they’ve actually confirmed via ActiveCampaign.
